$300 refundable pet deposit for first pet and $150 refundable pet deposit for second pet. In addition to deposits there is a pet rent charge of $10 per month for cat and $15 per month for dog. Limit of two pets per apartment. Breed restrictions apply. All pets must be spayed/neutered. A pet interview is required.
